Policy Overview

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method.

If you prefer, you may opt for a replacement or store credit of equal value.

Eligibility Criteria

The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delvery date. Proof of purchase (order #, receipt or confirmation email) is required.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective or damaged on arrival) shipping costs are covered by us. Please provide a picture of item within 7 days of delivery.

If returning for personal dissatisfaction (no defect), you may be responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stqated.
