Decoupaged Scallop Shell with plant name and picture and outlined with gold acrylic paint. Finished with UV Resin and hung on a hand cut and hand spiraled copper wire which has been hammered for stronger support. Shell and wire have been covered with a weatherproof protective sealer, however there may be some discoloration of copper wire after time due to oxidation from exposure to sun and rain.
